Location: Temporary installation, Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre - Englewood, Colorado
Date: 1996
Client: Museum of Outdoor Arts

This sculpture of an exaggerated serpent was designed to draw people off the walk, into the green space and closer to the lake. The layout provided seating, play opportunities and gathering spaces. Visitors sitting in the apex of each loop were treated to a particular view: Pikes Peak, any number of other sculptures in the park, or vistas to the architecture beyond the parks perimeter. The installation was enormously popular with concertgoers, children visiting the park and visitors from nearby offices.
